The 50 sqm studio apartment with mountain and ocean view. The open space: fully equipped kitchen, sitting area, a pellet fireplace, very comfortable queen size bed with high quality cotton linen. Bathroom: a toilet, bidet, shower, bath tub and a sink. The small laundry is outside of the apartment. You have your own 40 sqm deck, we provide camping chairs and a small folding table. Unwind on the poolside loungers after a busy day exploring and enjoy the view of Table Mountain. This spacious modern studio looks out onto your own exclusive use luxurious private pool patio. Go for a morning stroll along the beach, just 100 meters away. Use the study desk area indoors, or the large poolside table outside on the sheltered patio to work remotely with our high speed Fiber. The studio has backup lighting, air conditioning, Netflix and your own gated parking bay.

Seaside Sanctuary

Perfect home for re-connecting with friends and family, with a pool for the summer and fireplaces for the winter. The sand dunes are 15 meters from the house, and the beach a 3 minute walk Great for 1 or 2 families with up to 6 children, or 3 couples. Please note: not suitable for more than 6 adults. The house is set up with a well equipped kitchen, in- and outdoor braai, board/lawn games and a TV with Netflix.
