The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

The apartment is located on the property of the historic Witmer Estate. This 2nd floor apartment (above garage) offers a Smart TV, WIFI, King bed, an suite bath, a spacious living room and kitchen, a small desk area if you plan to work during your stay. The home is located near Amish attractions, Intercourse, Bird in Hand, Strasburg all within a few minutes drive. 20 minutes to Downtown Lancaster. Shopping and the outlets also within 10 minutes drive. Outdoor patio area w picnic table & lights.

It is directly next to farmland and pastures (typically home to goats or horses) and has a beautiful backyard and screened in porch. Equipped with a grill this is perfect for a relaxing vacation, but should you choose to go out you're located just outside of the popular town of Intercourse so you'll be close to all the local attractions while staying in the country. You will get a 'birds eye view'of typical Lancaster Co farms from this peaceful loft. It is only 1 mile outside of the town of Intercourse.Also centrally located from lots of poular attractions including: sight & sound theater 12 min,dutch wonderland12 min,Bird in Hand 10 min. Don't forget to check out the furniture/ floral store on the lower level of the apartment!

Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊

Carriage House Suite

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The apartment is located in the middle of town directly across from Kitchen Kettle Village. Within walking distance is Oasis Bowls with the tastiest açaí bowls. The Corner Coffee Shop or Village Cafe is nearby for your fancy caffeine fix.

It is located along Route 896 just minutes from many tourist attractions and some of my favorite local places! Very clean, cozy and comfortable.
