We have full solar installed so load shedding no problem. This is a spacious room with a Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom. French doors open to a private kitchenette and dining terrace. We will provide Filer coffee/tea/milk for you to enjoy at your leisure. A seperate garden entrance and secure off-street parking allows you to come and go as you please. Centrally located in the leafy suburbs of Claremont, we are 20 minutes from both the city center and some main tourist attractions.

Peaceful and secure self-catering cottage with separate garden flat offering fully equipped family accommodation in a leafy suburb of Newlands adjacent to Keurboom Park. There are views of the mountain from the terrace, secure parking and a private walled garden with swimming pool. The main house sleep 4-5 (double, twin and single bedrooms) and the garden flat sleep 2-4 (double bedroom and sofa-bed in living room). It is very family friendly, but also perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is parking on the premises. Regarding safety, we have a security guard on our road.
