Beach House in Itea - Delphi

It's right on the beach! Very unique apartment 80m2 in front of the sea, in the bay of Itea. This well decorated 1st floor/level and 2 bedrooms apartment is situated in a quiet neighboorhood only 2 minutes walk frλom the city center. The ancient city of Delphi is 15 min drive and the picturesque Galaxidi 10 min. The Beach House is right in front of the sea and is located on the corner between 2 very beautiful and clean beaches. We offer you one free Paddle Board! Just ask us for availability:))

Wooden-Home Experience

Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. EV charger available.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof!
