Beautiful lakefront summer house. Large room with large double bed has screens only on two walls to allow the Lake breezes to flow through. Bunk Bunk beds in large bathroom. Partial kitchen in living room. Use of the Lake is included; but life jackets are required for anyone under the age of 10. Swimming near dock and North of pier allowed. NO USE of water craft, paddle boards, kayak, or rafts. Use of innertube is allowed. the Lake is private and my guests have uses outlined.

LL also has a fire pit, great fishing off the point, a place to bring your kayaks and canoes (boat dock slips are available last minute through HOA management), and loads of fun activities in town. You’ll love this peaceful living, good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids; 4 total max!).

Log home on Shadow Mountain Lake (no pets)

The house is a custom built log house located right on the shore of Shadow Mountain Lake looking at the lake and the mountains with 76' of shore. It sleeps up to 9 people in 4 bedrooms. There is only parking for 4 vehicles in the summer and 2-3 in the winter. No RV's or campers ever and No trailers in winter. There is cable TV and wireless Internet. The all season porch has 360 views of the lake. No pets on the property at all, my wife is allergic.
