Walking distance to both the East Village & downtown Davenport, including historic Bucktown! A bike/walking path that spans the entire QC is just down the hill. Lots of restaurants, breweries, and history nearby. Walking distance to Modern Woodman Park, catch a game & enjoy a ferris wheel ride!

Lucy’s House

I don’t charge cleaning fees as my guests have always respected the property and rules. Leave a big … mess expect a charge. The outside of the house is under construction as I’m siding the house and added a mud room. I’m 66 with new knees so the process is slow especially in winter but nothing going on outside will affect your stay. I get great reviews from my guests who all seem to find the interior relaxing and tastefully decorated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay
