You have the use of Upper Deck and Lower Patio area, shared area. You have excellent view of the St. Frances Xavier Basilica from the living room. Close to downtown shopping, parks, and restaurants.

Bohemian Firehouse-an authentic 1916 Firehouse

The Bohemian Firehouse was the living quarters for the men stationed there when it was built in 1916. It sits above a retail space which housed the firetruck. The charming brick building is in near original condition, despite surviving a major flood and a derecho. You'll love the gorgeous woodwork, vintage tile and light fixtures. Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).
