The Cottage is a beautiful tiny house built by a Tibetan artisan, with a loft bed, pullout sofa, and kitchenette, private deck, BBQ, outdoor counter and sink, and outdoor shower. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
