Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. It is only 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes from the airport, big/little cottonwood canyon, Traverse Mountain Outlets and thanksgiving point.

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
