Private swim spa/hot tub, electronic privacy screen, outdoor dining and seating areas are available for our guests. This 740sf casita is situated behind main house but provides guests with lots of privacy. Pedestrian friendly streets, nearby walking trails, independent stores, record shops, and hip restaurants and bars.

Catalina Guesthouse w/ Hot Tub and Pool

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

You'll have access to the house with your own private bathroom and shower. We're right next to a bunch of local bars, coffee shops and restaurants. Also close to downtown or east 6th St. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
