Private en-suite Bathroom with Shower. We are 2 minute walk from Local Pub, Coop, Costa, Greggs and Tea Room. Tea/coffee Facilities provided Parking space on our driveway

The Annex at The Coach House

Relax and unwind in The Annex, perfect for up to 6 people to enjoy some time in a home from home. A double bed upstairs and two sofa beds downstairs. The Annex is set in the 2 acre grounds of Coach House and offers a picturesque setting for all. Hamble river, with the Jolly Sailor Pub, you also have lots of restaurants and pubs close by to enjoy that perfect meal before heading back to relax in the hot tub. You also have the option to hire out a paddle board or inflatable rib to enjoy the river.

Set within the South Downs National Park with extensive countryside views our wonderful Shepherds Hut retreat has everything for the perfect getaway. Inside a custom-crafted interior complete with solid wood floors, double glazed windows, a double bed with high-quality linen, kitchenette with hob, full-sized fridge and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and luxury shower. Riverside Cottage-Walks-Hot Tub

Close to the River Hamble, with Riverside walks nearby and close to Swanwick Marina. Visit Historic Portsmouth Dockyard and the Cruise city of Southampton, this Grade II listed cottage is perfect to relax/explore or HotTub/Americas Cup/Cowes wk. Pubs within a very short walk or just go crabbing on the river with the kids. Fairthorne Manor is within a few miles and caters for children to have adventure days in school hols, kayaking, climbing, archery and much much more allowing adults to relax.

Hut in the Forest

A charming oak Shepard's Hut, situated on a 2 acre small holding in the heart of the New Forest. We run a brewery (PIG BEER) with beer garden on site. We play ambient music from 12pm up until 8:30pm in the summer. Check out @pigbeerco for current opening hours. We have an excellent farm shop and vineyard next door, and a good pub (The Filly) within 2 minutes walk. Setley is based 2 minutes drive outside of Brockenhurst. We're 20 minutes from Highcliffe Beach, and 5 minutes from Lymington.

Oak Lodge with wood-fired hot tub, perfect for 2!

Set in beautiful surroundings, Oak Lodge is a mini log cabin built for 2! Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

Pop next door to Furzeley golf club for a round of golf or round the corner to the fisheries, saddle up for a ride in the South Downs or hop in the car and visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or Goodwood. 1 kingsize bedroom (can be made into twin). The Guest House, Five Trees

The Guest House is a perfect rural get away. It is set in the classic English country garden of a 16th century thatched house in the Meon Valley. It has a private deck with a hot tub. The grounds contain a swimming pool and tennis court for guest use upon request. The pool is open in summer. The River Meon, multiple footpaths and a lovely local pub are within a few steps of the property. Use of pool, hot tub and tennis court are at your own risk.
