Dispone de un acogedor dormitorio con una confortable cama doble de gran tamaño, cuarto de baño, un salón-comedor a modo de loft con un sofá cama doble y una mesa de comedor, además de una cocina completamente equipada con: nevera, microondas, todo tipo de pequeño electrodoméstico, cafetera "Dolce Gusto", hervidor de agua, tostadora, y un completo de menaje. Armario de limpieza completo, plancha y tabla de planchar. El apartamento dispone de WiFi de alta velocidad, climatización (frío/calor) de gran calidad y silenciosa, televisor Smart-TV, disponiendo también de radiadores, a su disposición como complemento para el invierno. El apartamento se entrega con juegos de toallas, sábanas, secador de pelo y amenidades para todos sus inquilinos y completamente preparado para su uso.
