Villa is located in a gated complex with 24hr security inside the Rio Mar Resort. 1st floor (one set of stairs going down), the property features central A/C, Cable, Wifi, 1 parking, sofa bed, bodyboards, beach chairs, toys, towels and cooler. Kitchen is fully equipped. The 1st bedroom features a king size bed, a walk-in closet, private balcony and a full bath. The 2nd bedroom features two queen size beds with a closet and a full bath. The property has a GOLF CART available for rent separately.

This beach apartment is close to El Yunque Rain Forest and the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Hotel. It has walking access to a beautiful beach; pool and playing area. It's a one bedroom apartment with a queen size bed on main bedroom and a sofa bed (queen size) on family room. Both areas (main bedroom and family room) have air conditioner.
