The house is by the Snaefellsnes National Park with its marked hiking trails and unique landscape. This area is a paradise for nature lovers. From your private wooden deck you can watch wildlife, sunsets and (if lucky) Aurora. Seals are regular visitors (seasonal) and different seabirds are at home here. This is no surprise as the house is facing the North Atlantic ocean and rich fishing grounds are in view. At the other side of the house you can see the magnificent glacier Snæfellsjokull.

New renovated cabin (2021) is located nearby the ocean with lovely oceanview, only few miles from the historical Snæfellsjokull glacier. Good comfort in the house. Orca Apartment

Our peaceful, orca-themed apartment offers a spectacular view over Grundarfjörður and famous Mt. Kirkjufell. In the summer you can watch colorful sunsets and in the wintertime witness the Northern lights in clear skies. The apartment is detached from the main building and includes a well-equipped kitchen (yes, there's coffee and tea), a private bathroom, as well as comfortable beds and a seating area for two people. Supermarket, clinic, swimming pool, and waterfront in walking distance.

My house is private, comfortable and set in stunning surroundings with open views. I have made a big effort to make it as homey as possible and equipped it with most necessities and really comfortable beds. The house is located on the edge of Arnarstapi village, closely surrounded by the ocean, vast lava fields, mountains and the majestic Snæfellsjökull. Every season there has it´s own charm but the beauty and peacefulness is always present, pulling you out for various activities.

Húsið er 82 m2 með tveim svefnherbergjum, staðsett á hefðbundnum sveitabæ. Húsið er mitt á milli Stykkishólms (20km) og Grundarfjarðar (20 km). Útsýnið frá húsinu er glæsilegt; yfir fjöll, sjó og Berserkjahraun. Þetta er góður staður til að upplífa Snæfellsnes. Héðan geturðu heimsótt Hákarlasafnið í Bjarnarhöfn, farið í sund í Stykkishólmi, í siglingu um Breiðarfjörðinn eða heimsótt þjóðgarðinn.

This private small cabin (ca. 26 qm) is located at our farm Brimilsvellir. You have a magnificant view to the ocean, beautiful mountains and our horses. There are small cooking facilitys in the cabin with a fridge, water cattle, toaster, plate and microwave. You have very great conditions to see northern lights from september until april.
