Shopping, restaurants and wineries in Cookeville too! You’ll love our tiny house in the trees and discovering amazing fun in the area.

It is less than 3 miles from downtown Cookeville including the historic West Side District, Tennessee Tech, and Cookeville Regional Hospital. The apartment is completely custom and unique in every aspect. You will have 24/7 access to the host who will go above and beyond for any need you have while still giving you complete privacy. Our centrally-located tiny home is just 2.5 miles south of I-40 & a few miles from restaurant row & TTU. Burgess Falls state park & Window Cliffs State Natural Area 5 miles away. Cummins Falls 11 miles. Cookeville Boat Dock Marina on Center Hill Lake 9.5 miles (kayak/canoe to Fancher Falls from the marina). Our family of 4, along with numerous cats and 3 dogs, lives here on 3 acres, so there’s plenty of grass for your pet(s). Quiet, relaxing atmosphere to rest.

Hilham House

Quaint older home where you can be downtown in 10 minutes for shopping and eating. The home is located just 4.5 miles from TTU on Hilham Rd. It’s on a 2 lane state highway. For the kids a pack n play and gates provided!(also used for dogs) Algood City Park is 4.5 miles away & Dogwood Park is within 6 miles. Want to get outdoors? Cummins Falls State park is 7 miles down the road! Lets not forget you can work out at Crossfit Mayhem. Its just a 10 minute drive.
