Based in beautiful Swaledale, Tree Tops is a unique property set in its own private little forest with a large secluded garden. You will actually feel like you are in the trees. Once you arrive, the stress of everyday life starts to disappear and the only distraction is nature. If you love walking, cycling or simply sitting in the hot tub listening to the trees and bird watching, this is the place to relax and unwind. Amazing walks are right on the doorstep to take in the local history.

Toilet, shower, kitchen area, settee and dining set. There is a balcony to sit outside with Hot tub. Toast, eggs, tea and coffee facilities are provided. A network of paths go through our working farm with river and forest and higher land to explore together. Perfect for walking and bird watching.

Hot tub, seating area, and private entrance all included. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime.

Plenty of wildlife for nature lovers including a flock of friendly rare breed sheep, hens, rabbits, and owls.

Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with idyllic views over Wensleydale towards Penn Hill.
