This house is located on a two hectar land, the house is 250 square meters. It offers total privacy and is surrounded by trees and mountains in a valley called Reykjadalur. It feels like being in the country and is only 15 min drive to city center.This is one of the most beautiful, peaceful spots in the outskirts of Reykjavik. The mountains and hills surrounding the place offer hiking paths. Also you will find a small river near by with a walking path along it. There is also a hottub.

The house is situated in a chic upper-class quiet suburb, nature at the doorstep and only 10 min. drive from downtown Reykjavík. We have 4 bikes, roller blades, a new large barbeque, a wonderful hot tub in a beautiful setting and a trampoline at use for our guests. There are 5 parking spots in front of the house.
