Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Cozy and safe neighbourhood with a bakery and restaurant in walking distance and a grocery store only 4 minutes away by car along with a few restaurants.
