Our apartment is perfectly located — just a 6-minute drive from Keflavík Airport and 15–20 minutes from the Blue Lagoon. A small shopping center, Krossmói, is only 8 minutes away on foot, offering a supermarket, pharmacy, bank (ATM), restaurants, and other shops. The local bus stop is also nearby (outdoor, no kiosk). Small and cozy studio apartment in our home, perfect for a couple or a single person. Our house was originally built in 1905 but was mostly torn down 20 years later and built like it is today. Very close to the international airport as well as grocery stores, restaurants and shops. Spacious deck to enjoy the good weather in the summer. Access to washing machine and dryer in the laundry room. Please note that we have a big Golden retriever dog that shares the yard with us and you. 😊

Fallegur staður og mikið fuglalíf. Æðarvarp rétt við húsið og hægt að fá leiðsögn um varpið. Stórt kríuvarp á svæðinu. Húsið er á skjólgóðum stað og útsýni út á sjó og sést vel á Snæfellsnesið í góðu skyggni. Á veturna við rétt skilyrði, er mikill möguleiki á að sjá Norðurljós. Húsið er gamalt en allt ný tekið í gegn. Á svefnloftinu er 2 góðar dýnur (brattur stigi upp). Bjart og fallegt. Stutt á flugvöllinn, u.þ.b. 10 mínútur ( 9 km. ), og góð sundlaug í Sandgerði ( 2 km.)
