This charming accommodation features a garden & a private terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. Inside, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, a well-appointed bathroom, and a cozy living room with an LCD TV and a sofa bed. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare tasty meals during your stay. Free parking and WiFi are provided.

Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

We're welcoming you to Cozy Yak, our cozy mountain cottage with a breathtaking view of all the valley. It's just been renewed it and it's our family's regular getaway spot. It has a wonderful living area, two balconies, two bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft, you'll fall in love with. House is surrounded by a big garden (800m2) with lots of grass, trees and berry bushes. It's just 15 min drive from wonderful Velenje lake and beach, so you won't miss a second of fun either.

Country house BIRCOFT IRSIC is located in village Skomarje near ski resort ROGLA. We offer you a cosy and warm apartment with wi-fi, barbeque garden, a large playground for children. You have your own kitchen with all supplies. As our guest you have also free parking space. We speak English, German and Croatian.
