Shore Shack is a newly construction timber frame cabin on the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful views and direct oceanfront. A Sandy beach within walking distance (at the end of Sand Beach road). The town of Liverpool is a five minute drive away. Very private! Whitepoint, Carter's and Summerville beach all a short drive away. A four person hot tub was added in March 2022. Cottages have a nice southern exposure in the summer! Cottages are just down the road from big mush mush lake which has a public beach area and also sweet land beach is located a bit further down the road! We have lots of wildlife to see from a local beaver to bald eagles and cows grazing on the farm across the lake!

Enjoy the picturesque view from the deck or head out for the day and explore one of the many beautiful beaches on the south shore all within 10-15mins. drive. Take a stroll downtown for a coffee and enjoy some of the beautiful shops in Liverpool.
