Barn Side - One Bed Studio

Barn Side sleeps 2 people in a king size bed & we accept multiple dogs for no extra charge. The open plan modern property is on ground floor level with a fully equipped kitchen, luxury shower, Smart TV, free wifi and fully enclosed patio / garden area with bbq and seating. Beautiful woodland & coastal walks direct from our doorstep and just 1 mile from the beach. Set on private farmland, our properties are perfect for some r&r. You also have access to our games room and dog exercise paddock.

Lane End cottage is ideally situated a mile from the Victorian seaside spa town of Saltburn, with its pier and vertical tram and 10 mins by car from the ancient market town of Guisborough. You can choose whether to stay and relax, walk, mountain bike or book a game of golf and with the North Yorkshire moors and coast only a stones throw away Lane End cottage has it all!

A room-by-the-sea

A peaceful location on the North East coast, a room in our family home, including our elderly Jack Russell and 2 older children. Available for a serene weekend away or a calm option for a business trip. We are a 5 minute walk to the beach, a 30 minute stroll to Saltburn-by-the-sea. Good access to trains and buses. Room includes private bathroom across the hall, access to lounge and garden. Also includes cereal and/or toast for breakfast (self service). EV charger available on arrangement.

Enjoy a relaxing stay, in the cosy open plan living kitchen, where the calves were penned, now the beam covered in twinkly lights makes it super cosy and restful. Watch the swallows swooping in and out of their nest whilst sat outside in the covered seating area or watch our rare breed sheep in the field overlooking the valley. Just a 2 min drive to the beautiful and historic Spa town Saltburn with beautiful beaches, pier and valley gardens. Lots to eat and do - one stay is never enough

A cosy romantic retreat set within Stonecroft Lane end farm, with stunning rural views across the valley and sea in the distance. Just on the outskirts of the Victorian Spa town of Saltburn you are ideally placed within approx. 2 min in the car with all its' amenities or a short drive to the North Yorkshire moors and coastline. The lodge is nestled overlooking Skelton estates and the Cleveland hills and is home to rare breed sheep and poultry. The property benefits from private parking.

The Annexe by the Sea

Set in the perfect location: opposite Redcar racecourse for those race meets, a 5 minute walk to Redcar East train station with links to Whitby, Saltburn, Middlesbrough York and Manchester! We have a bus stop outside with regular busses into Redcar town for a lemon top, or it is only a ten minute walk. Just a 10 minute walk to the beach and the Cleveland Way! Fully furnished, sleeps 2 and potentially 2 adults 1 child as sofa is sofa bed. All hot water/wifi etc included

Woods & Water

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. A light and airy space, in a house surrounded by nature - woodland all around and becks flowing on two sides. There's parking, with a private entrance to the flat. Views front and back to the garden and decking - a great spot for bird-watching! There are plenty of walks around, with Staithes village & harbour just a 20-30 minute walk or 5-6 minute drive away. See room descriptions for more detail of what the flat holds.

One bedroomed holiday home on a dairy farm.

This self contained holiday cottage offers a chance to get closer to the workings of a family dairy farm. It is situated in the North York Moors National Park, midway between the moors and the coast and just a fifteen minute drive (or slightly longer bus ride) from Whitby. The accomodation is unusually spacious for a one bedroomed cottage, it is light, warm and very well insulated but don’t forget there is the potential for noise and smells from the farm!
