Centrally located 3 min to great cuisine, 7 min to hospital & Collicutt center and only 10 min to Red Deer Polytech & Westerner Park. Close to shopping, coffee shops, playgrounds and amenities. Trampoline can be used at your own risk. Babies allowed however guests must bring own crib/pen. Pets can use entire fenced yard - please clean up after them.

From our location you can walk anywhere and save the parking fees. Our cozy cabin is equipped with all the necessities you need for a wonderful stay at the lake!

This 2 bedroom basement suite is ideal for families or business travelers. Minimum 2 night stay. Discounts for extended stays. Kids and trained pets are welcome (there is a fenced yard). Some amenities are 2 televisions, wifi, stocked kitchen, hotel linens and private laundry, use of shared patio and BBQ, playground and recreation centre near by. Close to all amenities in a desirable SE neighborhood of Red Deer. Just a short drive to Westerner Park/Centrium, Canyon Ski Hill. Very clean suite.

We are located just a half block from a quiet beach, in the peaceful Cottage neighborhood. Walk the beautiful Strip to downtown restaurants, children's parks, local shops & breweries, or spend the day at the beach, and enjoy a relaxing paddle. Our Cozy Cabin features a fire pit, front and back decks, large yard and provided parking.

Steps to Beach with Hot Tub

We are steps from the beach and Sylvans new huge park at the beach! We have a hot tub and small yard available for pets. Our charming space is equipped with everything you'll need to enjoy a getaway at the lake. We have coffee, 8 beds including one king sized, games for the family, toiletries, towels and even a wagon for the beach! We can accommodate more guests as long as they are under the age of 18, please send me a message if you'd like to discuss what we can acommodate!

Walking distance to the lake! Perfect place to go ice fishing only minutes from your door. This amazing cabin is like a home away from home, surrounded by trees and nature. The walking trails are perfect for snowshoeing, cross country skiing and driving snow machines down to the lake. The fire pit, BBQ and backyard is a place to relax and unwind. No internet- just a pure escape from reality with total peace and quiet. The cabin is stocked with games and a gas fireplace.

Surely one of the best places to stay in Sylvan lake. Relax and enjoy the laidback vibes.This spacious but cozy home is a perfect getaway. Only 5 minutes walk to the stunning lake and huge playground. Featuring 3 bedrooms including a king, queen and a bunk room, incorporating boho style, beach decor with area rugs, throw blankets, and soft pillows. The sofa in the lounge also pulls out into a comfortable queen. The house is fully Air Conditioned, with a games room.

Lazy Day Haven licensed tourist home STAR-04226 located a hop, skip and a jump from the beach. A min walk to the main lake front strip. Go for ice-cream, a drink on one of the many patios, or enjoy a leisure walk out to the pier. Our Lakehouse sleeps 9 comfortably featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 2 full kitchens and laundry. Main and lower suite, perfect for families to be together and yet still have your own space. Futon in the lower living room area if needed.

Mattina Cabina is a centrally located, five bedroom home located in Sylvan Lake with room for up to 12 people. Only a short one-minute walk to Lakeshore Drive and the beach, this cozy home is great for family and friends. A spacious backyard with a firepit and swing-chairs, as well as a newly renovated interior, this place is sure to please! The cottage is half a block to Lakeshore Drive making the lake, restaurants, coffee shops, activities, and everything that this quaint beach town has to offer within easy walking distance. SunRise SUITE

You will enter SunRise Suite from the back of the house and it is a separate unit within the lower floor of the home. The spacious suite includes a full kitchen and 3 piece bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a kingsize bed in the bedroom. Also on the lower level are two Airbnb bedrooms for other guests. You will have access to a washer and dryer which is outside the suite door and shared with other Airbnb guests.
