Destaca su tranquilidad al dar a la parte trasera sin ruidos de coche. La pequeña cocina da a una zona de comedor aunque el balcón se presta más para desayunar o disfrutar las puestas de sol. La zona compartida se encuentra enmarcada en un espacio ajardinado donde se ubica la piscina, recientemente reformada. Desde su gran terraza privada puede tener unas maravillosas vistas hacia el mar y las montañas. Bien conectado para conocer el norte de Tenerife, y el Parque Nacional del Teide. A 10-15 minutos en coche a la zona de costa.
