This apartment is on the last, 3rd floor of the house and has a beautiful open sea view from the big balcony where you can sit, have your lunch and just enjoy the view. The beach is only 20 meters away from the house, a minute walk. The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds and a extendable couch in the living room. Second, smaller bedroom has exit to the balcony. It also has 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with smart TV, AC and ceiling fan. One parking space included.

The palace is divided into several independent units, the largest of which, with its own private courtyard, we have put on offer. Like most old stone houses in the city, the unit is spread over several floors. This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
