Measuring in at 398 square feet, Exodus has a master bedroom w/Queen size mattress, private bathroom w/shower, kitchen, dining area w/bay window, living room w/queen size pullout bed, and a carpeted loft! Nothing beats waking up and looking out at your own private access lakefront first thing in the morning! Firepit, patio furniture, picnic table and charcoal grill on-site.

Genesis I is a true minimalistic Tiny Home measuring at only 298 square feet. High efficiency use of space featuring tall ceilings and many windows to bring in all the beautiful scenery. Queen size bed, kitchen, and bathroom with shower. Enjoy your own private access lake front on privately owned Mills Lake with patio furniture, picnic table, charcoal grill, and firepit! Mills Lake is stocked for fishing with catfish, carp, largemouth bass, crappie, and bluegill.
