Just minutes from town yet in a quaint residential neighborhood, the apartment attached to our 1820 historic home is a warm and inviting place to stay while visiting lovely New London, New Hampshire. The town includes many shops and restaurants, along with Colby Sawyer College and The New London Barn Playhouse. Minutes from Little Lake Sunapee and Pleasant Lake, both with beach areas and boating access for summer visitors, and close to Mts Sunapee, Kearsarge and Ragged, for hiking and skiing.

The Barn

Welcome to The BARN! You can expect to feel tucked away in the trees in this cozy, rustic, yet chic space. Thoughtful lighting, fine linens and furnishings with a spacious and private deck off the back to sit and enjoy nature or entertain. Miles of wooded forest is this location; if you’re looking to escape the city or a busy life, this is the perfect place to explore, relax and revive. At the main house (across the way), there are horses, barn kitties, cattle dogs and other friendly animals.

Cozy, clean, comfortable and convenient to Proctor Academy's campus, Upper Valley and local Lakes Region attractions. You have a private keyed entrance to a one bedroom and one bath suite in a bungalow home with off street parking. Although attached to the primary home, you enter from your own covered patio and have the suite entirely to yourself. The bedroom has a queen bed, compact bathroom with shower and pleasant sitting area for two. A relaxing atmosphere with a morning coffee amenity!

Hiking trails nearby and the White Mountains are only 30 minutes north. 30 minutes to Ragged Mountain and Tenney Mountain and 35 to Gunstock for winter skiing. Spanning 850 sq ft, it offers comfort with a queen size bed and a pull-out couch to sleep a total of 4. Nestled by snowmobile trails, minutes from Highland Mountain Bike Park, Canterbury country club, and the historic Shaker Village. Unwind in nature's embrace. December-February can be icy. Winter tire or 4x4 vehicle recommended.

Located atop a ravine, centered on a 24 acre estate, in rural NH, this spot is a cozy retreat in nature with a few present day necessities. Our Cabin is a unique A-frame/Salt box combo that we call the “G-Frame” (designed and built by us). The interior space is open and airy. There are a few large windows allowing nature to be part of your experience indoors. In the cooler months bring firewood for the woodstove and sauna.Plenty of land for outdoor activities.
