Westcountry house, hot tub, & outdoor heated pool

On the edge of Exmoor, Little Burston is a beautiful country home set in 110 acres of our own farmland close to Dulverton. Surrounded by nature, very comfortable and well equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people with three bedrooms ensuite. You have your own private garden with hot tub and patio, own drive and ample parking. Heated pool at the main house mid May to mid September, for your and our use only. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs. There is a fee set by Airbnb when booking in dogs.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Exmoor - A spacious log cabin on a working farm

Stay in a log cabin for a relaxing holiday or break. The cabin, (listed as 4* self-catering by Devon Farms), accommodates up to six people each (plus cot as required). The cabins are perfect for a family holiday or equally for friends and offer something different from a normal cottage holiday let. With a private garden and verandah with panoramic views. Our log cabins are the real thing: thick walls, fully insulated with central heating, making for a great holiday the whole year round.

'The Granary' in glorious Devon countryside

Spacious and comfortable self-contained accommodation with expansive south facing views of the quiet Devon countryside. Consisting of the converted first floor of a historic farm building, The Granary is conveniently located close to Exmoor, Dartmoor and north and south coast beaches. The property has a double and twin bedrooms, bathroom (bath with shower), kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge) and living room / dining area. Private garden with space to park two cars.

Mill Cottage, Templeton Bridge

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.

Kennel Farm lies within the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Barle, 1 mile from the beautiful town of Dulverton. The farmhouse has been sympathetically renovated, keeping the original features whilst offering modern comforts. Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. A place to totally switch off, surrounded by wildlife, outdoor activities and birdsong.

Whether you are longing for an active outdoor getaway or a tranquil escape to nature, The Cyder barns authentic charm and beautiful location can offer both. Situated at the end of a Devon longhouse as part of a working farm, you will be nestled amongst a valley of pasture, woodland and streams. These are all connected by a network of well signed secluded tracks enabling you to explore . Two well behaved dog are very welcome and would no doubt enjoy the wide open spaces.

Pippins is just outside Tiverton with stunning Devon countryside views. This property offers a patio, free private parking and WiFi. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with garden views. It also has a private decking area. Bedroom one can be king or twin, ideal for families. Equal distance to north and south Devon, Pippins is an ideal holiday base.

Thorndon Barton is accessed via a private drive and has its own parking for several cars and a substantial garden and patio, all with beautiful views. A perfect retreat for family groups, corporate breaks or group holidays with friends; however please note this isn’t suitable for loud party groups. EV charging available - charges apply.

Orchard Cottage

Orchard Cottage offers a tranquil rural escape in the heart of the Devonshire countryside. Located just on the outskirts of Exmoor National Park, this charming retreat includes an open-plan kitchen and lounge area, three spacious bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The property comfortably accommodates for six guests - with room for two more at a squeeze! All well-behaved pets are welcome, but please be aware we do have goats and a barn cat who live on the property.

The Threshing Barn is located in the heart of the village of Knowstone, on the edge of Exmoor in North Devon. Located close to the Two Moors Way between Dartmoor and Exmoor. Well behaved dog welcome (£30 fee); additional dog by agreement.
