The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

STR 23-037 Return to your own master suite, with a cozy private deck and side yard that is separate from the rest of the home. Come and go as you please through our keypad entry system that allows you contactless entry day and night. So much to do within driving distance of this cozy guest suite: Go for a hike or bike ride in the mountains, catch a show at Red Rocks, or visit Denver. Go enjoy some BBQ or a CO craft brew down the road. This is the perfect location for your Colorado experience.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

Hangers and hand steamer available in dresser. Private entrance and lockbox allow guests to come and go as they please. Parking available in driveway. 420 friendly outside the house (no smoking or vaping inside).
