In this 2 bedroom, 1 and a 1/2 bath cottage you have beautiful outdoor and indoor living! Now is the best time to see the fall colors here. The Loons Nest gives you the perfect vantage point to watch the colors almost come on fire as the sun goes down on the opposite shore of the river. This quiet location feels like your miles from the beaten path, actually your just 18 minutes to Fredericton and 3 min to amenities, like NB Liquor, convenience store, restaurant and gas. Step out on the huge deck overlooking the property and water, relax, and enjoy your coffee, no rush here...

Black Bear Lodge

We require 24 hours notice when booking. The lodge is 15 minutes from Fredericton city limits in Noonan approximately 2 km in the woods on a private road. It runs on solar and wind power with backup generator. We offer skating, snowshoeing, hiking and boating depending on the weather. Fishing is also offered at an additional cost. There is a stand up shower and sink in the bathroom with hot and cold water as well as a toilet, a propane stove and fridge in the kitchen. Woodstoves for heat.

Flora studio on the lake 🌿

Set on 23 acres of wooded land with a lovely little lake on your doorstep, this cozy space features a private year-round hot tub, full kitchen, board games and a king size bed. Located just outside of St Martins and the Fundy Trail Parkway, you’ll find everything you need with us after a day spent hiking, riding ATV trails, floating in the lake and exploring the Fundy Coast. Newly renovated with modern amenities and cozy touches, this is the perfect place to relax away from it all!

My Little Oasis: a cozy little cottage on the lake

My Little Oasis is a cozy little cottage on Maquapit Lake in Clark's Corner NB. 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 guests. 1 bedroom with a queen sized bed and the other 2 each have a twin over double bunk beds. This cottage will serve all your vacation needs. My intention is to make My Little Oasis a place where you want to come back and share your experience with your family and friends so they can come over for a stay and experience this little piece of paradise on the lake.

Newly renovated unit in west Saint John, walking distance to Bayshore Beach and Martello Tower with a view of the Bay of Fundy. Minutes from the Digby-Saint John ferry terminal, Irving Nature Park, and downtown, with several restaurants, pubs boutique shops and the historic City Market. Features electric fireplace, live-edge dining table and breakfast bar, treadmill and light gym equipment, and heated bathroom floor. The unit is steps away from a walking trail along Bay Shore.

There is a fantastic view of the Kennebecasis River from this beautiful water front cedar cottage. It's quiet and private. Inside you will find a rustic wood paneled interior with all the amenities of home. A jacuzzi bath awaits you at the top of the spiral staircase in the master bedroom loft. We love to start our day with coffee on the front deck, enjoying the view from the adirondack chairs. Launch your kayaks at the waterfront. Enjoy evening campfires.

This is a place for everyone to stretch out and relax by the smart flat screen TV, indoor propane fireplace or by the outdoor fire pit overlooking a scenic view of rolling hills and a small pocket of the St John River.

Harbour View Cottage

Beautiful four season cottage located in Douglas Harbour on Grand Lake, NB. The cottage has two bedrooms and bathrooms with a large wraparound deck that leads you to a 200 ft private sand beach with dock. The cottage is fully equipped with Wi-fi, TV with Amazon fire Stick, BBQ as well as a washer and dryer. Come relax on the beach, or in the hammock. Cool off with a swim or fish off the dock. End the day with a bonfire on the beach.
