Spacious, stylish home with fenced yard!

Conveniently located in the midtown area of Little Rock and with attention to both design and comfort, this home is ready to host you and your family. We welcome house-trained pets (with a $35 pet deposit) to the home and fully fenced in backyard. The home accommodates up to six guests in its 3 bed/2bath space and offers an open floorpan and an extra living area so you'll have plenty of room to relax. Please note that the backyard is accessed by a flight of stairs off the dining room deck.

Welcome to the charming J.W. Tucker House , a duplex located in the Central High Historic District. This historic craftsman was built in 1920s and has been lovingly restored so it has all the historic charm combined with modern conveniences. Featuring an open floor plan and separate bedroom with on suite bathroom. Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site and within a 5 minute drive of downtown, and UAMS.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.

Hillcrest Hideaway

Welcome to the Hillcrest Hideaway, our sweet backyard carriage house located in the Historic Hillcrest area of Little Rock. This charming and safe home is within a 15 minute walking distance of many restaurants and shopping, as well as UAMS hospital and War Memorial Stadium. Downtown is a 5 minute drive, or if traveling without a car, a $6 Uber ride.
