Stay close to the best spots in San Juan: Condado, Old San Juan and the Convention Center in Miramar. This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. Spaces Typical of Spanish Colonial architecture the apartment spaces include an indoor balcony, perfect for relaxing, and tall ceilings, up to 20 feet high, sporting traditional Ausubo wood beams. Amenities Full kitchen with an industrial stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and dinnerware. The cozy bedroom has a comfortable queen bed, a/c and drawers for storage. Located in Miramar, walking distance to PR Convention Center, T-Mobil District, Restaurants, Hotels , Bars, Supermarkets, Movie Theater, Casino, Marina, Beaches (Condado and Escambron), and Isla Grande Airport. *Please note that there is a Construction next to the building that can be noisy during day time. *Pet allowed with prior consent, $15 extra fee x pet. No cats. *Reservations for two sleeping separately need to add a third guest so sofa bed is prepared. This is to cover our extra costs.
