Chiamato così perché dalla sua iniziale funzione di bastione est di guardia alle mura del villaggio fortificato è diventato uno dei forni del paese dove le massaie portavano la pasta cresciuta per cuocerla e farla diventare pane. Oggi conservando il suo carattere originario è stato trasformato in un piccolo loft con soggiorno, angolo cottura e bagno al piano terra e zona notte con bagno al piano primo che affaccia su un ampio giardino panoramico ed ha ingresso dalle stradine dell’antico borgo.
