Cozy villa in Tuscany countryside

Cozy and comfortable stone and brick villa located in the middle of olive trees and vineyards. Maximum quiet and relaxation with the perfect location: only a few miles from Lucca, Pisa and Florence, the beach and other major attractions. Two bedrooms with king or twin beds. Extra bed for child. Sleeps four+1. Spacious living room with TV and DVD player. Large eat in kitchen with brand new appliances, dishwasher. Outdoor furniture to BBQ outside or lay in the sun. Parking for up to three cars. In unit washer. Tons of sunlight. Recently renovated old typical Tuscan villa. The train station is only 10 minute drive and allows you to get to anywhere you want to visit on a convenient day trip so you don't have to deal with traffic. My husband and I are from Milan but spend most of the summer the villa next door and when we are there we are always up for showing you around, share produce from the garden, and come up with suggestions of fun things to do. Available only for weekly rentals or long weekends. Before we have rented the house for a few years through an agency, so I posted the reviews from the house book as images, hoping they can be helpful (last names and addresses have been omitted for privacy reasons).

Nel verde delle campagne lucchesi, circondata da uno spazioso giardino, completamente recintata, sorge La casa di Elsa, una villetta gradevolmente rinnovata.Potete godere degli ambienti esterni con a disposizione il barbecue, un gradevole giardino fiorito ove rilassarsi e una modesta piscina esterna ove rinfrescarsi. La casa è situata vicino a luoghi di interesse turistico quali Lucca e Montecarlo, e a un passo dalla A11, Firenze è a 35', la famosa Versilia a 40', la via Francigena è a 500 mt

Relax fra gli olivi

Tranquillo, luminoso, immerso nel verde, con una splendida vista sulla campagna. Costruito con i criteri della bioedilizia, si trova in collina, a 500m di altitudine e a 15 min d'auto da Pistoia. Dal cottage si arriva a piedi anche ad una bella piscina pubblica aperta in estate e alla stazione: il paese di Castagno si raggiunge anche in treno! Al vostro arrivo troverete alcuni prodotti della nostra fattoria, oltre a caffè , latte, yogurt e pane fresco. Potrete usare la lavatrice e Netflix Tv.

Casa rustica toscana

Il cottage è situato sulle colline intorno a Montecatini Terme in posizione panoramica e soleggiata. La proprietà è circondata da due ettari di terreno agricolo, principalmente ricoperto da piante con olivi, a cui si accede facilmente dalla strada principale. Intorno alla casa gli ospiti hanno a loro disposizione un bel giardino, accuratamente mantenuto, con due resede coperte e munite di tavolo, sedie e barbecue per mangiare all’aperto. A lato della casa, c'è la piscina (mt 6,30x4,30 h 1,55).

Il Nido, casetta romantica con giardino

Il Nido è un terratetto nel castello medioevale di Lanciole, costruito durante il 1300 veniva usato per essicare le castagne per poi produrne la farina, oggi vi offre all’ ingresso una cucina completa, al primo piano un letto matrimoniale con armadio e vista sul giardino e sul centro storico mentre al piano inferiore un bagno con vasca e doccia, lavabo, water, bidet. Da questo piano si accede al giardino, con una splendida vista sui monti e sul borgo medioevale. parcheggio libero a 50 metri

La terrazza panoramica, con vista mozzafiato, all’ingresso è attrezzata per vivere al meglio gli spazi all’aperto.

La casa si trova nelle colline del comune di Serravalle Pistoiese completamente immersa nel verde. Fa parte di una depandance del complesso padronale di antica costruzione di un'antica proprietà Medicea. Completamente ristrutturata con materiali tradizionali. Il podere è adattissimo per le famiglie che vogliono rilassarsi e godere delle bellezze toscane. Abbiamo una piccola palestra con possibilità di avere personal trainer privato e lezioni di yoga con un'insegnante.
