Romantica dimora per 2 persone situata al primo piano dell’immobile con l’ingresso sotto un caratteristico arco. È composto da un locale con cucina e tavolo da pranzo, da un bagno con doccia e da un soggiorno da cui, con una scala in legno, si accede al soppalco (detto “ju pesele” in dialetto abruzzese) in cui si trova il letto matrimoniale. Nel soggiorno vi è un comodo divano trasformabile, all’occorrenza, in un letto ad una piazza e mezza.
