TVs in all 3 bedrooms with Chromecast and wifi! Large tv in living room with Chromecast! 2 car carport with extra parking.

Twin Pines

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, located just 25 miles from Bay Springs Lake and only minutes from the Booneville city limits. There is plenty of space to entertain indoors and out, complete with a firepit and outdoor seating. We are just close enough to the city for convenience but far enough away from the busy to have a relaxing little get-away. Property sleeps 4 - 6 guests comfortably with a queen bedroom, double twin room, and full size air mattress.

The Little School House

Located within walking distance to Northeast MS CC, the local highschool, several sports facilities, and the city park, this adorable, vintage home offers all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay for guests. With two living spaces and three bedrooms (plus a pull-out chair/bed), 7 people can comfortably sleep and enjoy their time at the Little School House. The location is central to most shopping and restaurants in town, and the neighborhood is family friendly.

This peaceful newly built house is the perfect Getaway. 5-6 minutes outside of town on the side of a hill with Goreous views! This Calm Getaway will have you feeling like you are on a vacation in the country with the calming vibes of nature outside! 2 Bedroom, 1 Bath with a Futon in the living room. Close by we also have a Tiny Home that can also be rented at the same time as this home if not already booked out if you have more guests than 6!
