The property nestles up to a trout stream you can fish at the back of the lot. The Flood Family Lake House is a vacation home that offers a comfortable, safe, & fun environment for families. We have spacious living areas with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, cookware & dining ware. Plus a recent upgrade to Starlink wifi! Lot is serene, beautiful, & offers privacy. It is within walking distance to the lake. Main driveway accommodates multiple vehicles, & overflow driveway has space for more. Street parking is not allowed.

Inflatable kayak and fishing poles for use on the pond or at nearby Lake Arbutus! UTV and Jet Ski rental available on site. We do have a 4 person can-am maverick and 2 Sea Doo jet skis available. My place is 10 minutes from downtown La Crosse, close to the airport, but you'll feel a world away. You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet, but mostly THE VIEWS. All the modern conveniences of dishwasher, microwave, shower and stove/fridge, washer & dryer. You'll never see the same sunset! My place is good for two people or a solo adventurer.Full list of amenities available, but worth noting here that coffee isn't provided. There is a drip coffee maker, also kpods use.
