Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Grande appartamento al secondo piano di villa a 1500 m.di altitudine con vista spettacolare sulle dolomiti, adatto a gruppi numerosi , fino a 11 persone.Per gruppi fino a 7 persone offro 2 stanze con servizi biancheria inclusa ,cucina con zona pranzo completa di stoviglie,bagno con doccia ,balcone panoramico ,lavanderia, posto auto e wifi. La casa si trova sulla strada che porta al rifugio Venezia sotto il monte Pelmo in vetta a 3168m, nelle giornate limpide si vede la laguna di Venezia.

Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.

CiasaNÜ è in posizione strategica in zona tranquilla, a 100 mt dagli impianti del Buffaure (partenza Sella Ronda) a 5 minuti in auto agli impianti di Pera/Vigo (gruppo Catinaccio). Anello e pista da fondo dietro casa, due bellissimi parchi giochi attrezzati, le Terme, il supermercato, il mercato tradizionale del giovedi, CiasaNÜ è all'inizio delle passeggiate e delle ciclabili per la valle San Nicolò e per la val di Fassa . Non userete piu l'auto!
