The Carriage House: Beautiful Farmland Views.

The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It was completely redone this spring and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with views to die for. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

Come enjoy your stay in our 1900 sq ft 19thcentury restored stone barn. We’re 15 minutes from Sight and Sound and the shops at Strasburg. With lots of trails and the Susquehanna River close by, your family can spend many hours hiking in southern Lancaster County. Experience the local Britain Hill Vineyard,coffee,and ice cream shops nearby. The charming city of Lancaster with its many authentic restaurants is only a 20 minute drive. This beautiful house is the culmination of eight friends’ vision for an ecological and architectural experience. Set on a picturesque 33-acre grassfed cattle farm, this 4 bedroom, 3 loft, 2.5 bath dwelling is ideal for family get-togethers and intimate reunions with old friends. Many Blue Ridge Mountain sunsets have been celebrated from the open air balcony. Due to the number of staircases and separated rooms, the property is not ideal for folks with toddlers or those with mobility limitations.

Moon Hold Cottage - Retreat, Refresh, Recharge

Unplug from city life and venture out to our small organic farm. Spend a night or two in the private guest cottage while enjoying nearby vineyards and restaurants. Spend the day browsing in the local antique shops or relax on the farm and watch nature's display (butterflies, birds, an occasional critter.) We may be working in the garden or putting up hay. We're always glad to share a bit of the harvest when the vegetables are ripe, so you can take some home to enjoy. All are welcome here!

The Barn at Belgrove. Welcome to a private and quiet escape on a 67 acre manor in Leesburg. A horse property with abundant wildlife offers a peaceful getaway on an historic property. This full apartment is located above the barn. It is convenient to downtown Leesburg, Morven Park, and Loudoun's many wineries, breweries and festivals. Most suitable for adults seeking to relax, recharge, and rekindle in a rustic environment. There is generally very good cell service but there is no Wifi.

Chill in The Crib! Easton, Maryland

Welcome to Maryland's Eastern Shore and your own private space in a converted corn crib, complete with the comforts of home. The space includes a vaulted ceiling, queen-sized Casper® mattress, quality linens, heat & AC, wireless Internet, a coffee counter, stocked bar fridge, full bath w/ shower (includes quality bath supplies), and a private entrance. Our space is permitted for ONLY TWO INDIVIDUALS (No children under 8 years of age.), and please limit your visit to one vehicle only.

The Corn Crib

This renovated corn shed mimics a studio apartment adorned with ceramic tile, bright hues and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchenette, breakfast nook and comfortable living space will make this your home away from home! The Corn Crib is also completely handicap accessible. Additional roll-away bed may be added for $20/night. Pets are allowed and are charged a fee of $25 (first night) and $15 (per ea. add'l night). Maximum occupancy is 3 guests (including the rollaway bed).

Colonial Era Spring House

A unique and private mountain top colonial era spring house, with two springs flowing thru the basement. Originally the site of a tannery in the 1700s. Here you can relax, recharge, and rejuvenate. We celebrate all four seasons where you can enjoy Mother Nature's ever changing scenery at 1300' above sea level with fresh mountain air. Our area offers many things to do, or you may choose to stay in and do nothing at all.
