The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Stunning completely remodelled, spacious 4 bedroom bungalow, a 250m stroll away from the beach in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. With one en-suite shower room and 2 further bath/shower rooms – each with their own WC – this is an ideal destination for a family break. We have a spacious L shaped living area - 33ft (10m) x 19ft (6m) - with wood burner and enclosed garden. We're confident you will have a stay to remember. Includes good, fast WiFi. Light filled cottage overlooking the sea, a stone's throw from Hayling's blue flag beach, mini railway and a beach café, and a 15 minute drive (or ferry ride!) from Portsmouth . The décor is chic yet cosy, and the accommodation has a surprisingly spacious feel for its footprint. There are 2 small sheltered back gardens with seating separated by an old washhouse/WC/kitchenette. Perfect for preparing an alfresco lunch, BBQ or afternoon tea in the garden! There is also an outdoor shower.

Fig Tree Cottage is a charming, book-filled hideaway in the beautiful harbour village of Emsworth, tucked between the sea and the South Downs. Just 4 minutes walk from the sea and the village centre, it could not be more conveniently situated. Tastefully and comfortably decorated, with a properly equipped kitchen, this little house will welcome you as a home from home.

Stunning Cabin with incredible views near Goodwood

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
