The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Spazioso trilocale di recente ristrutturazione situato nella via principale di Lignano Sabbiadoro a 200 metri dalla spiaggia. L’appartamento, affacciato su di una corte interna che garantisce silenzio e tranquillità, si compone di soggiorno, cucina separata, un bagno e due ampie camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una doppia dotata di tre letti singoli). Di pertinenza posto auto scoperto nel cortile interno, wi-fi, lavatrice e aria condizionata.
