This beautiful Attic is located in Castelsardo, a medieval village overlooking the Gulf of Asinara. It is about 300 m from the main beach. The small town of Castelsardo is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy and is set on a rock overlooking the sea. It was built in such strategically high position as a defence from possible attacks from the sea. Castelsardo is an extraordinary example of Medieval town, which developed around the castle, with the old town walls still intact. We have opened our home not only to introduce you to Sardinia for its seas, coasts, scents and colors of the Mediterranean, but also to be able to discover the history, traditions and the cuisine of Northern Sardinia. The comfortable attic is decorated with fine sardinian furnitures crafted by famous local artisans, private bathroom, 2 double rooms, air conditioning, fridge, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, Lavazza espresso machine, free unlimited wifi connection, Internet TV (Free Netflix), barbeque, sonic shower, huge balcony with both Castle and ocean view. Towels, linen, small bed, high chairs for kids and many other things are also available for free. All the comforts needed for a top vacation have been considered. This Attic accommodates up to 4 people. Un mini appartamento, tra il verde, in una tipica casa sarda per chi ama la natura, la quiete, ma anche la comodità di essere vicino ad un centro abitato dalle caratteristiche peculiari. Appartamento composto da una camera matrimoniale (a cui può essere aggiunto un altro letto), un bagno, una cucina privata e proprio giardino.

L'appartamento di confortevole metratura e dotato di zanzariere, è sito al primo piano della nostra abitazione, una villetta indipendente inserita in un piacevole contesto residenziale. L'appartamento, recentemente ristrutturato, si compone di tre camere da letto, due matrimoniali ed una cameretta con letti a castello, due bagni, un ripostiglio, un soggiorno-cucina e un ampio terrazzo attrezzato con tavolo e sedie. The interior includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, lounge/kitchen and dining room. The exterior features a large veranda, terrace, BBQ, swimming pool and fenced garden with olive trees, citrus fruits, pomegranates, prickly pears and vines. The site offers complete privacy and is equipped for all seasons.
