Spacious wardrobe closet in each room, fiber optic Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a large private parking area and a private shortcut that connects directly to the town (just a 5/10 minute walk away).

The garden has 2 parking slots, table tennis, shower and a large equipped terrace in front of a bright living room with open kitchen. The sleeping area accommodates up to 5 people with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating. Rooms are equipped with fans and large wardrobes. The house has central heating, dishwashers, washing machine and Wi-Fi connection.

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.
