Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Lake Loft is a self-contained room above a recently built oak garage overlooking Blagdon Lake. Set in the grounds of our home in the quiet but beautiful village of Blagdon, we are about 20 mins from Wells, 25 mins from Bristol and 45 mins from Bath, there are plenty of things to do and places to explore. The room is open plan, with a king sized bed, sofa, table and chairs and shower room. Whilst there is no kitchen, there are excellent pubs and cafes close by perfect for a relaxing break.

Minnow Cottage

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The early 18C cottage is a part of our home but totally self contained. It retains many of the features of the time and is full of character. The two doubles are a good size and have wardrobes and shelving. Both have tea and coffee making facilities. The property enjoys two bathrooms; each close to the each of the bedrooms. There is a large lounge with a wood burning stove, ample seating, TV/DVD player and a piano. The large kitchen has a range, microwave cooker and dishwasher.

We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Conveniently located studio apartment only a 5 minute walk from Bath Train Station and the city centre, and close to Bath Uni. A peaceful bijou studio space, with basic kitchenette and en-suite shower room. The double bed is very comfortable, and the space is bright and welcoming. The basic kitchen area provides a kettle, a toaster, a mini oven, a microwave and a fridge. For breakfast we provide bread and jams, milk, juice, tea and coffee.
