Our attractive, ground floor coastal apartment is most suitable for adults. It has its own decking enjoying fantastic beach/sea views and is only a stone's throw from Perranporth's golden, sandy surfing beach. It is also very close to village amenities. It contains everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Wi-fi & smart TV. Private parking to rear. No cleaning fees. The coastal footpath is just outside our front gate. You will never tire of the view; it will keep you spellbound.

Seaview coastal home (5ppl) beaches 3min walk.

The ocean view speaks for itself 🌅. With two beaches a 3-minute walk (Porth & Lusty Glaze), and many more a little way further, you can leave the car on the drive. The South West Coast path is right here too (1-min walk), if you fancy stretching those legs! It's so quiet around here you'll forget you're a 15-minute walk from Newquay town centre, and only a 8-minute drive to Fistral Beach. It's a perfect spot for families & couples. We sleep up to 5 guests (and any four-legged family members).

The Nook

A compact, cosy self contained 1 bedroom chalet 50 yards from the cliffs. 104 yards from the beach and the legendary Porth Island, where locals and tourist gather with cameras to capture that perfect sunset. This location really is as good as it gets! Guests can also borrow the Kayak’s for an evening paddle round the island. The Nook is set into the rising hillside giving it the cosy and private feel its name suggests. Also discounted dog training available on site with highly qualified trainer

For up to two adults only (18+) suit couples. A self contained apartment with sea view glimpses perfectly located in Porth near to the beach, which is only a short walk away. The Mermaid Inn (pub on the beach itself) serving food, and a café serving ice creams etc. Newquay town is within walking distance. There's a separate entrance and off road parking for one car. 50” Smart TV in the living area, and a 43” Smart TV in the bedroom. King Size Bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Sorry No Pets.

Garden chalet, self-contained, one person.

Bijou bolt hole with a sunny south aspect, in family garden, which is ideal for the lone traveller, as it only suitable for one person. Work space ready, if guest is travelling for work reasons. WiFi accessible. No TV. Separate, side gate access. Parking on driveway or on road immediately outside side gate. Close to Porth Beach and Chester Road shopping precinct. There is no carbon monoxide alarm, as no gas connection. There are however, the necessary fire alarms and extinguishers.

Jam First is a large modern 1 bedroom apartment, 10 mins walk from Lusty Glaze, Porth & Tolcarne beaches & 15 mins walk from Newquay Town Centre. We offer the choice of a 6ft super king or 2 single beds. There is a large open plan living space with all home comforts, a private decked area, a large wet room, wide doors & level access throughout, making our apartment suitable for all guests. We offer off road parking directly outside the apartment. Access is by keybox.

A cool, beach view 2 bedroom top floor apartment. 50 yards from southwest cliff top coastal path. Large living room space (8m /24ft long) with dining area and sofas facing straight out to Whipsiderry bay. 1 double with ensuite and 1 twin with a main bathroom. Watch the sun set over the sea from the balcony or relaxed on the sofa. Superfast broadband. Ideal for a family holiday or couples, plenty of space and 5 min walk to Porth Beach. Not suited to groups of friends.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate then down steps to a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our dog in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall.

Siesta Del Mar is a stunning studio apartment, ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood with beautiful sunsets and sea views between the trees. Porth beach, The Mermaid Inn and the coast path are all less than 5 minutes walk, whilst Newquay town centre, secluded coves and surf beaches can all be easily reached on foot, by car or by Beryl bike. We are just 10 minutes from the airport and train station with good transport links to other locations around the county.
