Most of the utilities are in the main house that you will have access to. That includes the bathroom, laundry, and kitchen. You are always welcome to use the living room, right inside the sliding door. That is where the fireplace and bar is. Alcohol is not included. Trails are too the west and south.

You can just grab one out of the outside fridge, no chance of waking the kiddos then. Enjoy the stars! Relax outdoors!

The EM Sightseer Stationary RV

This rental is a stationary RV, which is a motorhome that stays put. The RV is docked in the driveway at another AirBnB rental and is only about 5 to 7 minutes from the Falls and all the attractions. This is a comfortable and unique space to stay for your visit to Niagara Falls, but also economical for travelers. As an RV it does use waste tanks and they do need to be emptied, which we do for you without interrupting your privacy.
