The property is set on 18 acres, partly forested with abundant wildlife. This cottage is not suitable for children .

We invite you to come join us at 'The Shed on Ziegler'. This studio apartment is tucked at the back of our property. Situated in Allansford, we are a stones throw away from the Great Ocean Road, a short 200 metre walk to the local pub and milk bar, close to the Freckled Duck bakery, a quick drive to the Warrnambool Cheese and Butter Factory, just down the road is the Warrnambool Speedway and a short 5-10 minute drive to the Warrnambool CBD.

The freshly renovated and private apartment is 800m from the beach and CBD, 400m to the campgrounds, and 1 block to the timor street bowls club. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
