Vauvan sänky saatavilla. -Keittiö on hyvin varusteltu (astianpesukone, induktioliesi) ja ruokailutilassa on paikat kuudelle. -Kylpyhuoneessa on suihku, wc ja sähkölämmitteinen sauna. Lisäksi toinen wc löytyy eteisestä. - Helppo pysäköinti omalla pihalla.
