A studio bedroom furnished with simple basics with open loft storage, an ensuite bathroom and a mini kitchenette in a cupboard, as per the photos. You have your own access and outdoor patio space. It is a great base to spend exploring the area, or visiting family and friends. Within reach of shops, cafes and the Surf Club. Good links to Baypark, Bayfair, Te Puke and the Mount. We have OUR OWN PRIVATE LAKE ACCESS and can cater for boat trailers. It is a downstairs, self-contained, with its own private entrance Our location is around 18 to 20 minutes from Rotorua, the nearest supermarket for supplies is 15 minutes away, you will pass it as you drive to us from Rotorua. We don't cater for 2-10yr olds
