The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. It's a bright and sunny space, in a delightfully tranquil area. Our southeast-facing verandah is an ideal spot on sunny mornings for breakfast and relaxing. The location is ideal for Helford River, Falmouth town and beaches. Walking from here, you can reach part of Port Navas Creek within 20 minutes and further on to the coast path and coves.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

It's close to the picturesque Helford river, the Lizard Peninsula and the towns of Falmouth, Porthleven, Penryn, Mylor and Helston which all have gorgeous harbour views and beaches, amazing cafes/restaurants/pubs and an abundance of independent retailers.

Set in the heart of the Cornish countryside, 'The Jam Shed' is a unique, cosy, converted farm building located down a long wooded driveway. Surrounded by woodland and garden it's the perfect retreat. A haven for wildlife, The Jam Shed has buzzards constantly circling overhead, herons and wild ducks often visit the pond, the hedgerows and meadow are teaming with bees and butterflies and even the occasional deer passes by.
